Package Your Items
Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals are intact and including the packing slip inside.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the generated prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
